Privacy Policy

Fix Me AI is run by Mridul Sethi, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy explains what data we collect and why. It's written to cover the EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your email address (and name, if you give it) so we can deliver reports, send our newsletter, and reply to you.
• App URLs you submit, plus scan results.
• Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor (Razorpay or Dodo Payments). We never see or store card numbers.

Waitlist and newsletter

Joining the waitlist also subscribes you to our occasional newsletter. Your email address, signup time and approximate country are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV (Cloudflare, Inc.). We send emails through Resend. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. For light rate-limiting we keep a hashed form of your IP address for one hour.

Free Vibe Check scans

When you run a free scan, we fetch the public pages of the URL you enter. We don't store the page contents. Any secret we detect is shown to you redacted.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't keep copies of personal data or secrets found during a scan.

Retention

Raw scan output is deleted after 7 days. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Reports are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, waitlist storage and email routing), Resend (email), Supabase (database), Razorpay or Dodo Payments (payments), and an AI model provider that drafts report text from findings that have already been redacted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. Our grievance officer is Mridul Sethi.
